Taught over 6 weeks, the course aims to improve self awareness and ability to self-soothe, reduce stress and anxiety and increase levels of happiness and resilience. As a course participant you will be part of a small group that meets once a week in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Your course tutor will take you through various relaxation and mindfulness exercises each week as well as providing time for discussion and exploration of each topic covered. You’ll also be encouraged to undertake some exercises at home to acement your new learning and enhance its positive benefits.
